Drainage for one room in the basement apartment

It appears water coming into one room in the basement (the room was extra made apx. 12 years ago). The rest of the basement has a drainage and not showing the problem, but this extra room gets water inside. i would need someone to assess the problem, evaluate solution and give an offer
