Renovating storage room in basement 20m2

The storage room in basement is about 20 square meter. i need a complete renovation. 1, The floor: at least one layer with concrete sealer and 2 layers white paint; 2, Painting the walls; 3, Make a new ceiling. Cover the water pipes probably with wooden board; 4, Tear down the existing two wooden walls and shelf.
