Tearing down parts of a load-bearing brick wall

We have a load-bearing wall that we want to tear down, and would like to look at the different options. Want a company that can do the job with liability. We live on the 4th floor of a brick building from the 1950s. Floor dividers and walls are made of masonry. We would like a non-committal inspection in the first instance
