Thickening a wall in the kitchen. ca. 6 qm

Hei. We are looking for someone to thicken our wall in the kitchen and cover a door in the existing wall. Prior to building the structure, the wooden installation around the stove will have to be removed. (See photo) Installing of wooden panels should be enough but a professional opinion is welcome. Check the attached photo, the wall behind the stove and the door, all shall be even and stable to carry cupboards
