Wall crack

Crack from ceiling to floor in a concrete wall inside my flat. The crack has been there for years but it´s quite wide and the wall is a portant one. In addition it´s difficult to estimate how deep the crack is and needs serious evaluation. Also needed painting in connection. Electrical (repair and installation) and plumbing (sink leakage) works in the kitchen of the same flat are needed as well if you can provide those services.
