Adding a toilet in the apartment

There is an space in the apartment close to the entrance and main bathroom where i wonder if i can make a toilet room. That`s where i put the brown commode for now. It is 90 cm x 150 cm space with a window toward the outside corridor. There is a wc now in the bathroom. Thanks
