Architect required who can provide fully approved drawings/plans for renovation of 70 Square Meter

Hi, We need an architect who can provide approved drawings/plans for renovation of our basement and indoor garasje of approximately total 70 sqm and renovation of the fasade by making a separate entrance for the basement as well as separate entrance for the first floor. Architect should also be able to apply to Kommune for approval of plan and drawings.
