Architect services for private house

We need professional advices and drawings for 2nd floor, new fasade, garage for 2 cars. Our house is from 1973 which needs to be upgraded. 2 types of drawings: for commune as a part of applications form, and for Building company. We are not in a hurry. But it would be nice to get these things done by the end of the year. p. s. We have preliminary drawings done in online architect programm which you can take as basis for the professional ones.
