ATC initial training - Med delkontrakter

Avinor Flysikring as provides ats to a wide range of units, including acc, app, twr, and combined twr/app units. Most units have a variety of traffic constellations including both civil and military operators, ifr and vfr operations, and a mix of these.
Avinor Flysikring as are planning to buy initial training of Air Traffic Controllers, including Basic training, adi/aps ratings and acs/aps ratings.
Suppliers must be certified training organization for air traffic controller training, according to Commission Regulation (eu) 2015/340 of 20 February 2015 laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures relating to air traffic controllers´ licenses and certificates.
The contract length will be three (3) years, with a further option for Avinor Flysikring as to extend with an additional one (1) plus one (1) year.
We are planning to educate 25 students each year. The exact number may vary from year to year.
Avinor Flysikring as will confirm the exact number of students for the following year, no later than six months before the start of the basic module.
For the first year, the scope can be reduced significantly, if needed, in agreement between the supplier and Avinor Flysikring as. This includes both the number of students and the rating modules.
