Basement conversion and roof lift

I have a project at my house and i would like a survey as soon as possible, i have attached draft drawings existing and proposed in the attached file a summary of the work is as follows Scope of work, Phase 1 General • Excavate basement for drainage and height, current height 180 cm approx • Drainage and Insulation • Underfloor heating throughout • Full lenght of house remains at entrance door level for main house and leilighet Leilighet • Entrance, front door • All windows regulation size • New windows - wc, living area • Plumbing and electrical • Use existing water heater • Fire place access Basement to main house • New water heater • Move bathroom from first floor • Plumbing and electrical • All existing windows regulation size • Extend below the terrace • New windows, bedroom x2, under terrace x1 • Double doors under terrace Phase 2 Entrance • Remove current concrete steps, create storage room underneath • Close in landing including 2 windows and 1 door • New wooden steps from the side Bathroom and entrance and living area • Remove bathroom to be reinstalled in basement • Remove bathroom walls, extending the living area • Create large archway into the living areas • Open up stairwells to the basement • 9 x new windows • 1 x new door to terrace Top Floor • Lift roof for full length of the north facing side as wide and as far as possible • Extend plumbing from bathroom into current child bedroom to allow for laundry • Alteration to bedroom 2 • Creation bedroom 3 and 4 as indicated • 4 x new windows
