Broken swicher in the electricity control box

There is something wrong With the swicher in the strøm boks outside my Apartment. Every time when i need to use the oven, i will have to go outside my apartment and open the strøm box, and turn off the swicher for the oven and turn it on again within short time, otherwise there is no electricity for oven. Every time after i turn it off and turn it on, it can last for round 2 hours, then if i want to use the oven, i will have to go to the box, open it, turn off and turn on the swicher again. i wonder there is something wrong with the connection of the swicher for the electricity of the oven, do i need to chage the swicher or it just need to be fixed?
