Build a flat

Hi, i would like to build an extention flat attached to my house on the 55 kvm. Terrace. This includes, removing some of the wooden planks, make a cement foundation, the flat will hage 2 bedroom, complete open kitchen, build a complete bathroom and set up all windows, door, sparkle, paint and lay out the parkhett at the end. So basically, make a complete 45 kvm. Flat to rent it out by 1st August 2019. Only serious service provider should apply for this project, and i wish to carry out this project in Mid June 2019. i need a fixed price for this project with entire materials and the time frame included. Following criteria must be met, 1. Registered plumber 2. Registered electricity 3. References 4. Must be Registered company in Norway Only serious companies are welcome to contact further. Regards.
