Bygge lettvegg loft / Build light wall attic (maybe some electrical work)

We need to build a wall around the staircase in our attic, with a sliding door. It is too noisy with us watching tv and kids playing downstairs. We also need to expand the storage room that is on the other side of the wall behind the light switch. We have already bought the correct sliding door from Maxbo with our wish of color. The small space on the right side of staircase in picture will be implemented in the bod that is on the other side of the wall (wall moved forward). The sliding door will go into the wall behind the light switch that is approximately aligned with where we want the door. The wall here need to be re-built to fit the sliding door. We might need to move the power and light switch a bit to make space for the new wall where the sliding door is inside. i want this part priced separately. We already have painting for the walls. Give me an offer where everything is included, including cleaning up and buying materials, with no surprises. One price with electrical work, and one price without. Look forward to hearing from you
