Carbon steel and aluminium TIG welding

Bicycleframe making. i need an experienced welder/metal worker, for making: 1. Jigs for easy making of frames. Examples can be provided. 3-5 different Jigs needed 2. Make 5-10 aluminium frames 3. Optional: Powder coating i do hage a workshop for this to happen, or you can provide your own. Preferably in Oslo area, or close. Payment for hours, or other arrangements. 2D/3D drawings is made and prototype is tested. Customer is at Nesodden.
