Change flooring, wall, roof (ceiling) , doors and windows

House flooring area 102 squre meter. Following is work description- 1) To replace and install windows -10 numbers by new one. 2) To replace and install doors - 4 number 3) To replace and install flooring 1) Tools, machinery and equipnet cost shall not be extra and shall be included in the bid by vendors, 2) Materials required for renovation shall be picked up by bider from shops or any other stored place with their own cost including their time, van, toll cost etc. 3) All scrabs, stuff after renovation shall be thrown and destroyed by bider in their own cost. 4) electrilcal and plumbing work will need certification and shall be provided by bider 5) Cost of paints and brush shall not be extra and shall be considerd in biding cost.
