Changing of flooring/painting of apartment(50 kvm.)

I need to change the flooring of the entire apartment. The apartment has laminat/parket, but i want to replace the whole apartment with a new flooring. One bedroom also has \"linolieum\"-needs to be replaced with new as well. The flooring area is approx 50 sq mtrs. i would also need painting of the entire apartment.
