Garage-mechanic-body work

I need some body work done on my car, Suzuki Grand Vitara (Sport). a minor dent on the rear left light and door, With minor rust spots here and there. Can you give me an estimate of cost and time needed. i am including photos so as to give you a better idea. Many thanks.
