Install bedroom in apartment

I´m looking to get a price to install a new wall/door in my apartment to create a new bedroom in the beginning of september. i´d like to get a price for materials and work. ps. The walls need to be white so i´d like the best alternative if it is to buy finished painted walls or paint them after.
