Installing a balanced ventilation system for bedrooms

Need help for installing a Balanced ventilation system in 2nd floor of the house. About the project: there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in 2nd floor, about 80-90 square meters. Above them, it is a empty loft where the ventilator can be placed. Floor plan is attached. The installation company must have relevant certificates to carry out this kind of job.
