Formålet med anbudskonkurransen er å inngå en kvalitativ og økonomisk hensiktsmessig avtale for levering og installasjon av et instrument for måling av vanndamp permeabilitet i emballasjefilmer og pakninger (f. Eks. Flasker, beger og lignende) i samsvar med spesifikasjonene i vedlegg 3. For ytterligere informasjon om anskaffelsens omfang og innhold vises det til spesifikasjonene i vedlegg 3. The purpose of the tender procedure is to enter into a qualitatively and economically appropriate agreement for the supply and installation of an instrument for measuring water vapor permeability in films and packages (e. g. Bottles, trays etc.) in accordance with the specifications in Appendix 3. For additional information on the procurement extent and content, we refer to the specifications in Appendix 3.
