Large Scale Demand Response pilot project

Statnett sf, org nr (info fjernet)3 intends to run a pilot project where the intention is to procure access to 300 consumer loads which can be disconnected manually with electronic activation from Regional Control Centre North (rccn).
rccn must receive updated information about the loads that are available for disconnection under defined transmission grid nodes. The activation time must be less than 2 minutes and maximum time disconnected will be 4 hours.
The planned test period is 2 months in Q1 2018.
You company is hereby invited to submit a tender in accordance with the terms and requirements of this invitation to tender.
For this commission, contracts will be entered into with the suppliers offering the best load batches regards to the criterias in Annex b award criteria
