New wall and roof for a garage

I am looking for a company that can remove the wall on the left side and put a new wall (a fire resistance wall) and also replace the plates and the beams for the roof. Inside the garage is concrete, but for the new wall i guess we need 20-30 extra concrete, because of the width of fire resistance wall. So small digging and pouring concrete perhaps is required. i also want to put up an electric garage gate and pour asphalt in front of the garage, but i can give that part to other companies. Just to let you know taking all the tasks also is an option
