P-52231 computer aided dispatch system for the operation centre at oslo airport

Oslo Airport is going to purchase a new Computer aided dispatch system for the Airport Operation Centre. The procurement also includes options for recording, training and a service & maintenance agreement.
The main tasks for the Operation Centre is to receive, prioritize and communicate technical-, security- and fire & rescue incidents to both internal and external resources.
The Airport Operation Centre are organized in 4 supervision desks:
1. Technical supervision – for 25 different technical installations.
2. Security supervision – for itv, access control and intruder alarm.
3. Fire and Rescue supervision – fire alarms from 10 000 alarm detectors
4. Spare desk – for particular incidents
These four desks are equipped with pc-based communication system for receiving and forwarding of radio communication (vhf, uhf and tetra) and telephone calls.
Today’s system consists of 2 separate non-integrated touchscreen dispatchers for each desk. One for telephony (Siemens Hicom) and the other for vhf, uhf and Motorola tetra pmr.
The new system has to integrate with both Alcatel-Lucent ip-telephony system, uhf and Motorola Tetra pmr-system.
