Pipebeslag

Roof has got some issues which has been identified in the takst report. i think the Pipebeslag is not attached well with the roof so water goes inside or perhaps there is a tiny leak. So, needs some sealing and the cap in the pipe for smoke/ventilation is missing. Inside in the roof the wood has got some fukt/moisture which is black-ish. Possibly it has got affected from outside.
