Project manager position available

Hi, We are a carpentry company that was born in 2019, and has slowly started to grow better and better, offering quality services and seriousness to our customers. So far we have carried out restoration activities of several apartments located in Oslo and its surroundings, we have collaborated with a company called Hedda Hytter, specialized in the construction of cottages, where our role was to install them in different areas in Norway. In addition to these works, our company successfully developed a contract as a subcontractor of Kruse-Smith, a project carried out in Oslo, where we had the task of building partition walls for about 37 apartments, but we also had in our portfolio additional works, works that consisted in the realization on the wooden structure, building two levels Up to the roof. At the moment we are again subcontractors for Kruse-Smith in another project, related to the construction of a (info fjernet) project is ongoing until 01. 03. 2022. Due to the high development potential of the company, we want to find a project manager to join our team, and to support us in everything related to a stable and healthy development. The colleague we are looking for must be a person with experience in the field of construction, having experience in using specialized software such as autocad, (info fjernet). To be a fair man/woman, open to dialogue, who can help in the development of the company, through his/her involvement from the stage of bidding, negotiations, to the complete realization of the project. It is important for this colleague to be able to communicate in English at a good level, as most of our employees do not speak Norwegian.
