Put up a socket, get electricity to ceiling socket and perhaps move router outlet

Hi, i need to get a socket/outlet to my tv-set. There is a socket on the other side of the wall which might be of help/be usable. The socket on the other side of the wall is at maybe 140 cm above floor and i want the socket on the other side of the wall to be more at floor level. Also there is an outlet for ceiling lamps in the kitchen, but the circuits/cables there are not carrying current. i need them to be usable as i am putting upp a ceiling lamp. Last, there is a router outlet in the living room that i might want to be moved to another location, or to hage a cable concealed so that it isn´t visible. The router outlet is optional and i will fix it depending on the total price. i might only fix the socket and the ceiling socket. Please give an offer with and without the router socket/concealing of coaxial cable for router.
