RFI - Software tools supporting IT architecture

Background for rfi
Avinor has a complex portfolio of it systems and a high demand of ability for agile change within existing and planned it supported functionality. Avinor will gather information on existing software solutions and the possibilities these may give the organization.
General issues description
Avinor would like to evaluate tools that support one or more of the issues mentioned below. If the vendors have other solutions to the challenges than implied below, Avinor will encourage these to be stated:
• Documenting and describing an it architecture that gives information about the it system landscape in a user friendly way.
• The tools should support best practice it security requirements. e. g. Access control, authentication, change tracing, logging, change management, asf. gdpr if personal information is managed.
• Distributing much of the maintenance of an it model to “owners” of the data, for example system managers, change managers etc, in contrast to letting all the maintenance being done by it architects.
• Showing change management relation issues, when considering changes in it components
o Either having an itil 4 change management module in the tool itself or to be able to integrate with an itsm tool’s cmdb to show the service’s architecture in a change management perspective
o Support of automatically discovery, or integration possibilities to such tools, of operational information such as docker containers, ip ranges, vm ware resources, etc.
o Possibility to record it assets and relations to it services and business services.
• Facilitating agile change and support of scenario / playground thinking
Avinor is also interested in other aspect of it architectural support not mentioned above, but mostly tools that brings the architecture elements out to other parts of the organization, and not only tools that is helpful for the it architects themselves.
User friendly ui/ux will be an advantage.
