Safety Nets

Procurement procedure for the purchase of Safety Nets to Avinor Flysikring as.
This procurement shall govern the establishment of two contracts:
a Software Delivery and License Contract for Safety Nets (the “d&l Contract”) with a duration until 1st of January 2027, and a Maintenance and Support Services Contract to govern the provision of maintenance and support services for Safety Nets (the “m&s Contract”) with an initial term of five (5) years from delivery date.
While the Safety Nets function stca shall be delivered by the Contractor, Avinor Flysikring as shall have an option to purchase the Safety Nets functions msaw, apw, apm and ntz until 1st of January 2027.
