Scope of work (extension ca. 3x6m, 1 level) : - to make exterior wall and move existing 2 windows and balcony door to new wall, - fix carrying beam (6m) for the 2nd floor. It may need temporary support. - to make roof with roof tiles, - replace external wall covers with jibs - to make new floor, smooth (sparkel) walls and ceilings, Expectations - job done according to Norwegian standards, - five years guarantee of work, - quality control and authentications. - cooperation on licensing issues. - transportation, materials, tools, ladders etc.
