Electrical work in Heggedal, Asker

Hey i need help for some electrical work related to our apartment. We have 3 jobs that we would like to do: 1) We bought a ceiling light (taklampe) which you can find in the link below. There is a connection to the ceiling, but it will require some drilling to fix it to the ceiling, as you can see in the picture. Link: (info fjernet) 2) We would like to install some lighting solution under the kitchen cabinets. There is a junction box that connects to the light switches nearby. Do you have any solutions you can suggest? Either you can buy and get reimbursed or i can go buy it myself if you point me in the right direction? 3) We have installed a canopy above the main entrance of the apartment. There is the possibility of connecting the lighting that the canopy has, as you can see in the images below.
