Oppussing av leilighet

I would like to remove the existing door frame in the living room and open the doorway all the way up to the ceiling. Photo 1 shows the current situation (existing door frame and opening). Photo 2 shows the desired result, with an open doorway reaching the ceiling. Please note that i do not want to open or remove the wall on the right-hand side, as shown in the photo. Only the height of the opening should be extended upwards. The work includes removing the frame and adjusting the opening to achieve the final look shown in photo 2. Additionally, i would also be interested in receiving a separate quote for replacing the bathroom tiles. Photo 3 shows the current state of my bathroom. Photo 4 shows an example of the tile style and finish that i like. Please let me know if a site visit is needed before providing a quote.
