Cleaning 50m2

I have a enebolig, but i just want to clean the first floor. It contains living room and kitchen(the whole kitchen needs to be clean including sink, oven inside and outside, cooking glass, outside of the hood, cabinet doors, outside of the fridge. Besides, two bathrooms, one is only toilet which is very small. But the big bathroom needs complete cleaning. It has some black molds on the wall and ceiling. You need to bring all what you need or we can discuss. i want a company to do it not private. If the job is good we can make agreement every two weeks for cleaning. Please either give me total estimate or we can agree on price per hour work needed.
