A ´hat´ for a fire chimney and fix a ventilasjon chimney

Excuse my english. But i am looking for a quote for fixing a couple of things on the roof of a house i only just bought. There are two chimneys. One is a fire chimney and it doesnt have a `hat` on top and this needs to be fixed. The other is a ventilation shaft and that has fallen over and needs to be fixed. What are your costs to do these two things? Is there anything you need to know extra? i`ve attached a picture and i have a few more if necessary
