Andre strømmåleren til å dekke en hybel - Drammen

The job consists of supplying and fitting a second electric meter to cover the electricity usage in a hybel. There is a second electrical breaker box which has the breaker switches for the hybel and one or two other breaker switches dealing with the main property. So the meter should only cover the breaker switches for the hybel. This meter would not be connected to the electricity company. It would simply allow me to calculate the amount of electricity used by the tenant and bill the tenant on the basis of these readings. The breaker switches are of the newer kind. In other words they are not the older circular/cylindrical style. Payment would be made to the contractor on full and working completion of the job and supplying a fully completed samsvarserklæring document, stating the usual things expected in Norwegian regulations, including what work was done and that the new meter only covers the hybel. Please do not give open ended bids stating only hourly rates. Either state a block price including materials, labour and mva or if hourly rates are stated, there should be a guarantee that the job will not exceed a particular number of hours. Further, prices of materials and mva should still be included. If someone wishes to view the job beforehand, this may also be possible by agreement and arrangement and at your own expense. Otherwise it is expected that the price quoted in Anbudstorget will not change on completion of the job.
