Ansvarlig foretak byggesøknad for støyeskjema

Hi, i live in bærum and plan to build a støyeskema which is around 15m long. i applied to bærum kommune for permission, and get a reply that i need an architecter to help me get the building permit. Can you help me to get the permit? i want an architecter who has application experience.
