Avinor AS - K-188094 - Framework Agreement - Airport Ground Lighting Equipment

Avinor as owns and operates 43 airports in Norway. Installed base of airport ground lighting equipment
is about 34000 lighting fixtures including some 16000 flush and some 18000 elevated airport ground
lighting fixtures. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency operates 4 military airports in Norway. This
entails a yearly volume of around 43-50 000 000 nok, based on purchases the last few years.
Avinor has organised the competition of Airport Ground Lighting Equipment into 5 (five) contractual
packages. The tenderer may quote for one or more of the following packages:
1. Constant Current Regulators (ccr)
2. led Airport Ground Lighting (agl led)
3. Halogen Airport Ground Lighting (agl Halogen)
4. Signs
5. Transformers and connections
The tenderer might be awarded contract for one, more or all of the contractual packages.
Avinor will establish a central warehouse solution at Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Avinor Central
Warehouse (acw), will on behalf of all Avinor’s airports, place its call-off orders by the contracting
partner. There might be 2 types of call-off orders; i) Materials to acw), ii) Materials to Avinor Projects.
Contracting partner shall deliver its materials to; i) address of acw, ii) address of Avinor Projects
(might be acw address or one of Avinor’s 43 airports).
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency will order their needs via acw but shall have the right to order
directly with the Avinor contracting partner at the same terms and conditions as agreed between Avinor
and its contracting partner.
In some cases, related to specific Avinor projects, the entrepreneur by Avinor or its sub supplier for
electro installation, shall have the right to order project specific materials directly with the Avinor
contracting partner at the same terms and conditions as agreed between Avinor and its contracting
partner.
