B2B Event matchmaking platform
Innovation Norway organizes matchmaking workshops per year. Our goal is to deliver a great experience in a professional manner. Administrators / Users at Innovation Norway: It is essential that the system is user friendly and can be easily used and learned by different administrators in the company, with support from the system (info fjernet) of workshopsThese are annual B2B matchmaking events and have a varied number of participants and varied (info fjernet) – Norwegian Travel workshop: Around 750 participants, 33 meetings slots, over 2 days per participant. Venue: The location changes yearly in Norway, resulting in unreliable internet/ Wi – Fi; hence, an offline solution is necessary for the event. Yearly workshop. Local workshops: Organized in different countries, varies between 50-300 participants. Between 8- 20 meetings per day and sometimes they are also over 2days. Venues: Usually hotels and conference venues; the internet is usually accessible and stable. Around 3-6 per yearDigital workshops: In addition we sometimes have a digital workshop, where we invite participants from different countries (info fjernet) of participantsSuppliers and buyers: Suppliers (usually Norwegian service providers for the tourismindustry) and buyers (usually international tour operators). Guests/VIPs: participants that administrator registers in order to produce labelsAdditional participants: participants that have a predefined limited access to the user platform and who can for example participate & register to certain parts of the program onlyValidators: Innovation Norway employees who have limited access to the platform, can also register themselves to some sessions and who can manage a limited group of participants. For example, in validator from Spain will have access to & manage profiles of Spanish participants only.
