Backyard Improvement- Artificial Turf and Stones

I have a ~60m^2 backyard that currently is covered with weeds(where grass used to be) and some stone pavers. i'd like to remove the current grass, and instead install some premium fake grass. i'd also like to have the pavers cleaned up, leveled, and re-installed with polymeric sand in between to prevent weeds from growing up in-between the pavers.
