Betong terrasse

I hage an outside area where we would like to lay a concrete patio. We would like the concrete to hage a dark color, either pigmented concrete or stained. If possible we would like a price to add a pattern. The area is 31. 25 m2. The surface underneath the ´pukk´ is rock with a little soil (3-5cm). We will be placing a pavillion on the concrete, so anchors would be beneficial to hold it down in the Bergen weather.
