Build a house

Hello, we were wondering should we buy or build a house. And got to conlusion - that new is always better : ) hage no idea regarding the cost. Would like to ask for approx. Price for a house, starting from scratch. House is already built, but we are about to tear it down, and build exatcly the same one. It`s approx 95m2. And for example, if we would liek to expand it a bit, how the price will vary. Because at the moment hage no idea regarding prices of services.
