Cleaning and painting of wooden outer façade

Job: Cleaning and painting of the entire wooden outer façade of the building at Kvitsøygata, including outer window boards, Shifting and/or repair of smaller damages, e. g. Window boards Expectations to tenderer: - Written offer must be valid for min 2 weeks after issuing. - References from previous similar jobs from the last two years. - Brief company description and experience. - Company can document necessary insurances and permits. - On award of the contract it is expected that a standard contract (avtale om arbeider på fast eiendom) will be used. - The job is preferably performed as of April 2014 but not later than September 2014. - Offers in Norwegian or English are appreciated. The offer must contain: - Breakdown of activities/equipment/work for the total job and the corresponding prices including all taxes (vat/moms). - If anything is not included in the price this must be clearly stated in the offer and a price estimate must be provided. - Hourly rate for extra work that could be agreed in addition to the job. - Description of how the job is performed in the main steps, i. e. What different activities, job packages do you see - How many persons you intend to use for the job - How much time do you plan/expect for the Job - Description of method for working in height, i. e. Scaffolding/lift The Building: The building is located at Kvitsøygata 18 in Stavanger. The building has concrete ground/basement walls and wooden outer façade. The building’s exterior is protected by Stavanger Byantikvar, i. e. The exterior cannot be changed. The dimensions of the house are 23m x 11m. The height of the wooden area is two stories on the long side and 3 stories on the short sides up to the roof. This can be seen from the Google Maps pictures. The building is accessible from all sides by lift or scaffolding. General Instructions: Site visits can be agreed.
