Cleaning of 55sqm apartment and removal of mattress

The apartment is empty, and needs a very good cleaning, including removal of old fat residues from kitchen surfaces. There is an old double mattress that needs to be taken and thrown away and a very small piece of carpet (2sqm). Service is needed soonest.
