Concrete wormwork for garasje

We want an offer for formwork for garasje walls as shown in attached drawings. The offer shall include: All formwork, rebar work, pouring concrete. i will supply: Rebars in standard lengths, concrete, necessary 2x4", electrical boxes. i assume that wormwork is done with standard cassettes. As i do not hage enough 2x4 to build from scratch. Wall thickness is 20cm. Work must start approx (info fjernet) september.
