Electic-heated asphalt on slope

I need an estimate for removing an approximately 30 m gravel entrace with partly underlying rock and concrete. And replacing it with an asphalt surface which can be heated electrically. At the moment the gravel strip only coveres the tyre tracks, so that there is gras in the middle. If possible and practical, this should be kept. i have not measured how steep the path is, but a normal passenger car can easily go up. Picture on demand. Please email.
