Electricity tasks in apartment

I´m looking for an electrician to do minor electricity tasks in my apartment such as: 1. Mounting two ceiling lamps (the electricity wire connections are already in place); 2. Checking dim lights which are not working properly; 3. Checking light switchers which are not working properly.
