Engelsk - project to modify our floor 2 in existing house

Hi, We are lloking for help regarding a project in our house in order to renovate our ´stue´. We got some ideas but we need expertise of what could be done or not. The best way to do it is having a appointment in our house (2 hours) and discuss it. Here some ideas - Remove part of the outside roof to get oversikt møt Hafrsjorden. - Change windows to larger ones - Extend the stue over the balkong (about 8 / 10 kvadrat m) Since it might involve structural changes, we need to discuss with an Arkitekt. We might need a rough idea of the costs depending the of what is done. Thanks for your help.
