Fire escape renovation

Our building, Richard Nordraaks Gate, 5018, Bergen, is going to be doing some major fascade and roof construction during April and would like a solution to fix our unsafe fire escape (see photos attached). Currently the fire escape is 110 years old and made of cement and iron and is not safe in the event of a fire. Please provide a price to replace the existing iron stairs (3. 5 flights, with 3 landings) with new stairs. Also we would like a price to rebuild the entire fire escape with something similar to what our neighbor`s have (see attached photo). If you have any questions just give me a call
