Gjerde

We want to install 24 meters of gjerde at boundary with neighbor. Gjerda height 1, 8 meters. First 10 meters of gjerde should be think providing visual and sound privacy, remaining 14 meters should be such that it lets light in. We also need help with installing. Kindly provide quote with pictures and specification of gjerda. This is for an enebolig and the house is in Asker.
