Hjelp med att ta bort del av betonggolv

See picture. Need to have the last piece of cement removed without compromising the stability of the support beams. Then i would like new concrete/cement to be put down to make it a floor. The quicker this can be done the better. Total area is about 2. 5x4m, so should be possible to get it all done in a day.
