Lay tiles on the kitchen wall and polish the worktop / repair floors, walls and doors

I need help with the following in the kitchen: 1. Lay tiles on the kitchen wall to act as a back-splash 2. Polish the counter top 3. Realign the cupboard doors In the floor: 4. Fix loose areas on the floor 5. Repair damaged areas on the floor In the other areas: 6. Remove rawl plugs and nails from the walls and fill the holes 7. Repair damaged walls and doors 8. Repair damaged window sills (Window sill)
